We specialize in sourcing and selecting IT talent across all levels of experience and areas. This includes technology profiles such as Developers, Data Engineers, Infrastructure Specialists, Functional Analysts, QA/Testers, Web/UX Designers, Networking Administrators, DevOps, IT Security, Cybersecurity, IT Sales Executives, Product Owners, and Digital Marketing professionals, among others.
Once we assess the profile with the technical team and define the role’s complexity, we start presenting candidates within the first 10 business days from the beginning of the process. This timeframe may vary depending on the specificity of the search and the availability of suitable profiles, but we strive to meet the agreed deadlines.
Based on our metrics, we estimate that a complete end-to-end process can take between 30 to 60 days until the candidate is effectively onboarded. However, we clarify that the process duration also heavily depends on the client’s internal timelines, such as the number of interviews, technical and psychometric tests required, and the priority assigned to the search by each team. We commit to adhering to the agreed timelines and, should any delays arise, we will keep you informed to adjust expectations with constant updates at every stage.
We provide a comprehensive report that includes the candidate’s updated resume, an analysis of their technical and soft skills, and a recommendation based on their alignment with the required profile.
We offer a replacement guarantee: three months for full-time hires and one month for contractors. If the candidate does not meet expectations or leaves during this period, we conduct a new search at no additional cost.
